Prior to completing the Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) design and e-commerce certification program in January 2002, and following the completion of my Business degree in 1992, my occupation was centred around sales, marketing, account management, and some project management.
During this time I worked mainly in the business services market place, delivering business solutions to organisatons of many different sizes, types, and nationalities, including some of the worlds largest multi-nationals.
These experiences have given me a solid understanding of the business world in general including exposure to such areas as client management, corporate politics, public relations, conflict resolution, and project disciplines such as budget, team and time management.
